A Chai Flask has 2 main parts – a brown corrugated paper covering, which gives the shape and stability to the chai flask, and the 500ml aluminum pouch, which is used to store the tea food-graded. The aluminum pouch has a sealable cap. The sealable cap has to be broken while opening and ensures the tea is delivered to your customer untouched.

The 500ML is one of the common size mostly ordered online. If you're starting the business then you can go for the 500ml disposable flask and use the same size to pack and deliver 250ml tea to the customer.

Your design will be printed over the golden brown outer corrugated box. The print design will have your logo, tagline, tea variants on the sides, social media icons.
